CASE REPORT
Introduction: Study of a case of an invasive intraparenchymal frontal tumor with a difficult final diagnosis, Angiocentric Glioma (ACG). Objective: To present a rare case of difficult diagnosis, made possible through a multidisciplinary study, with clinical, neuroradiological, surgical and anatomopathological data. Method: Comparative study between the case presentation, with the findings of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) of the Skull, confronted with the anatomopathological results, using light microscopy (OM) as well as immunohistochemistry (IHC). Results: Comparing the neuroradiological and anatomopathological findings allowed the final diagnosis of ACG. Conclusion: Considering the clinical, neuroradiological and anatomopathological data, using the consulted literature, the diagnosis of a malignant glioma of a typical angiocentric subtype was possible, with implications not only for classification, but also for therapeutic conduct.
